We are pleased to announce to our Network that the European Commission has selected for funding the EMFAF project CALLMEBLUE – Cluster ALLiance MEd BLUE.
Leaded by ForMare – Polo Nazionale per lo Shipping, CALLMEBLUE Project gathers together the main representatives among Maritime Clusters of the Mediterranean Area and supported by the WestMED Initiative.
Aware of the role of MaritimeClusters as key actors for the promotion of sustainable investments in blue economy, the project ambition is to set-up and strengthen Maritime Clusters Alliances – particularly targeting southern Mediterranean countries but also allowing to enhance regional dialogue and more advanced services offered to Cluster Mediterranean ecosystem.
At this purpose, CALLMEBLUE will aim to create a strategic vision and transferable models of interregional cooperation and will indeed promote exchange of best practices and knowledge transfer between north and southern area.
